Why Sunday School? You may ask yourself, “Why do I need to go to Sunday school since I never miss church?”. Did you know that there has been proven a direct link between Bible literacy and Sunday school? The knowledge you gain from Sunday school is the foundation to discipleship. It is a less formal, more intellectually focused with the possibility of dialogue and clarification of areas of interest. It is even somewhat self-selecting (like groups studying together). A sermon models good Bible reading, but a Sunday school class trains people in good Bible reading.

Sunday School Classes:

Children and Youth

Nursery: Ages birth through age 2. Stimulating surroundings and loving workers.

2 to 4 Year Olds: Stories, play time, activities, & snacks all while learning about Jesus.

Kindergarten: Lessons and activities plus Bible memory.

First/Second Grade: Lessons, activities and Bible Study.

Third/Fourth/Fifth Grade: Bible study more in depth via lessons/activities.

Junior High: Lessons designed for the young teen and preteen. Activities in and out of the church.

Senior High: More in-depth study of the Bible. Activities in and out of the church plus an emphasis on outreach.

Adult Classes

All classes are mixed in age, experience, gender, etc. Bible based lessons and most having out-of-the-church socials.
